Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the Molekule unit and any included accessories securely in the original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
